JAMAICAN EXCELSIOR WATER CRACKERS “CINNAMON” FAT FREE 143G Pack of 6

These crackers were first produced in Kingston, Jamaica in 1911. They were made using wood-burning brick ovens which created their particular taste and texture.

In the old days the crackers, once baked, were sorted and packed by hand into wooden barrels.The manufacturing process of baking in the old style wood-burning ovens continues today and the fat-free crackers remain a popular and uniquely Jamaican product.

Can be used a a cereal. Soak in warm water for 5-6 minutes, and allow to drain. Add butter if desired.

Ingredients – Flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, artificial vanilla flavour, leavining agent(sodium bicarbonate, yeast).

Once opened store in an airtight container.

Manufactured in a facility that uses peanut, soybean, milk.
